Hello, today I just wanna share about my experience when buying make up from online shop. So far I always meet a good and patient sellers, but this was the first time I got a bad experience from a seller.
So I found an online shop for purchasing some korean products. It’s the first time I bought something from this online shop ( local Online shop ) coz other online shop didnt sell products that I want. At first I just purchased some Tony Moly products from the online shop, but unfortunately all off the products are out of stock. I’ve already paid a half from the total amount payment, so I change my order to purchase Innisfree Volcanic liquid nose pack and the same product of Tony Moly. But again Tony Moly product is out of stock -_-, but I got my Innisfree liquid nose pack, because I don’t wanna get disappointed from waiting all over ogain, I decided to just purchase that’s innisfree liquid nose pack. But I still have to pay some small amount to complete my payment ( it’s under 1$, in fact the minimal amount to transfer money from atm is about 1$ ) so I transfer the minimum amount and still have some amount to refund. So I asked the owner to put my money inside my package.
I have wait for about a week but my package hasn’t arrived yet ( it should be 2-3 days my package should arrive at my home) and usually online shop will send directly after finishing the payment right away in the same day. So I message through Line, but no respond, then I message through facebook message, still no respond but I found the page account posted some status a few hours after I message from Line, WTF -_-.
After 2-3 days my package arrived, I check the note from the delivery, its written that my package sent 1 day after I messages their account ( Line and FB ) maybe if I didnt text and complain her, my package wont never been sent. I got my Innisfree but without my money -_-. So I message again, to ask about my money, she said that she forgot, hell yeah how can u forgot ( you even sent my package late, u had more time to package and put my money inside, but I still trust her). She promised to refund my money and ask my bank account. I have waited for about a month maybe but no confirmation about the refund. So I texted her once more, ( again no reply for few days WTF ) but finally she replied that she forget to refund my money, so she promised again to refund as soon as possible. ( I trust her again)
But do you know? Until now, I write this review ( 2 moths ) she haven’t refunded my money yet. I know it just a small amount of money. But whether it is small or big amount of money an online shop shouldn’t do this kind of thing. Its about the trust between the buyer and seller. Maybe some of you will think “ hey its just small amount of money, just forget it”, but I don’t think so. The problem is not the money, but its about trust. Dont u agree with me?
